Ladies: 205 lbs. – 155 lbs. – 105 lbs.
*Team must choose between RX weight.
*Only 1 bar per team.

WOD 2: 4 min. AMRAP
MAX Lateral Bar Facing Burpees
*1 rep is completed once you jump over
the bar.
*1 partner working at a time.

WOD 3: 10 min. AMRAP

1 Rope Climb
