Guys this what I have for our first race next week. Please test the wod out with your coaches and email back any results or changes that can be made. I’ve put in a strength, task and a time component.

1rm Squat Clean
•Score is combined weight between you and partner.

Transition
All excess weight must be put back before next wod can begin.

40 Clean And Jerks 135/95
50 Burpees
*while one partner is working the other partner must be at a staging area standing on a 45 plate. Cannot leave that plate until he/she is tagged.
