3mins, each athlete has 1min to walk as much distance as possible. (Scale down is max HSPU)

8min AMRAP
8 Goblets squats(55/35)
10 KB Swings(55/35)
30m Run
2mins Rest
4min Plank Test
All 3 athletes must stay up for all 4 mins to successfully complete Test, if 1 athlete drops, team will receive a DNF.
