*Athletes as we are almost done with week 1 of our strength cycle, you must learn as athletes when to recover/rest at the appropriate times. Although for some an entire day off is out of the question, WODS like today are designed to allow blood flow and recovery to our major muscle groups that we have targeted this week. DO NOT attack this WOD, better yet, break a sweat, work through the kinks and soreness and allow your body to move for 25mins freely. Move with a purpose and be sure to make your movements picture perfect. TRUST the process.
