Intended Stimulus
For the strength, 10 min is a long time, so don’t start off too heavy. But 10 min should also allow for plenty of warm up sets before attempting a heavy double, so towards the end try and go heavy. If you get too heavy too fast don’t be afraid to go back down in weight the last few minutes.

This work out has a lot of snatch work coupled with running. Try and maintain form throughout the snatches, be conscious of your back positioning and catching the bar with your arms fully engaged, this will allow for the most efficiency during the barbell work. For the runs, don’t let yourself fall off your pace, they get shorter as you go so do your best to speed up, or maintain your pace.
