Our Programs

We have specialty classes in addition to our traditional CrossFit classes, and outside of just our classes we participate in events for charities, local competitions and/or adventure races, have guest speakers and coaches’ visit, host special seminars for members. There is almost always something on our calendar, and it’s not always all work, as we have social events throughout the year as well.

We can talk about ourselves until we’re blue in the face, but the best thing you can do would be drop in try out a class, talk to a coach, talk to some members and see for yourself if IMT CrossFit is right for you.


Daily WOD

Our Work Out of the Day is the bread and butter of our programming here at IMT. The daily schedule is hourly, 6AM to 9AM, 12PM, and 3PM to 9PM. Within an hour class, you will go through a warm up, mobility, strength/skill, and finishing up with a Metcon. Keeping with the constantly varied aspect of CrossFit, you can expect any combination of movements from Olympic and power lifting, gymnastics, plyo’s, calisthenics, cardio. For task or for time, we will continuously work to challenge you both physically and mentally in different ways, every day.

Getting started in your fitness journey doesn’t have to be intimidating. We have designed a stress free and fun environment. Our beginners program isn’t a one week thing or just a few classes, it is an ongoing program that slowly introduces you to CrossFit and fitness in general. Everyday will be something new and challenging for all fitness levels. Once you and the coach decide you are ready for the regular CrossFit classes you will jump into the main gym classes and continue progressing on a daily basis. Our goal is to ensure you accomplish your goal and never get discouraged. Join us Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday of every week.

Friends or family want to tag along and see what the hype is all about? Bring them into our Free Intro Class Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays at 6:30pm. We cover basic movements needed for the workout and talk to you about what CrossFit is all about. Our goal is to leave you wanting more!



Want to increase your overall  endurance? Seeking a new challenge? Or maybe just work on a weakness? Join us every Tuesday at 7PM & Friday at 6:30PM for our Endurance class. A mix of running, rowing, and fitness movements that will always keep the body guessing and heart pumping. All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend and to bring family and friends along for the ride.



Lack flexibility? Feeling tight? Bad range of motion? Overall beat up from a gruesome week of WOD’s? Not a problem. We now offer a mobility class to help with any of these needs. As important as it is to be in the correct position, there are many of us that need assistance to achieve these positions. Our class follows along the popular setting of RomWod a mix of mobility and yoga. Check schedule for class offerings.

CrossFit Kids

For our kids, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun to create a lifelong love of health and fitness. CrossFit Kids combines  gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across 10 General Physical Skills,  with additional focus on elements that encourage bone density and balance, and coordination development. Join us  every Tuesday and Thursday at 4PM for ages 4-11 and 5PM ages 12+. Saturday is all ages at 10:30AM.
